The company’s continuous evolution and customer loyalty have allowed Gabitel Ingenieros to expand its service offerings into building and industrial engineering, extend its geographical reach to other provinces, and establish new lines of activity such as Electrical Project Engineering, Renewable Energies, Acoustics, and Telecommunications Engineering Projects.
Currently, Gabitel Ingenieros has a multidisciplinary team trained to meet the needs of any company requiring high-quality engineering collaboration across various sectors.
QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND R+D+I POLICY
The Quality, Environment, Energy Management, and R+D+i policy of Gabitel Soluciones Técnicas, S.L. has as its fundamental objective to align with the criteria defined by the international standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001, UNE-EN-ISO 50001, and UNE-EN-ISO 166002 for Quality, Environmental, Energy Management, and R+D+i Management respectively. Its main goal is to satisfy the needs of all companies and individuals for whom it works, focusing on quality, environment, energy management, and R+D+i as ways to organize business operations, based on the participation and collaboration of all stakeholders, and grounding the success of our work on motivation, training, and communication among all involved parties.
This document constitutes the reference framework for establishing objectives and goals related to Quality, Environment, Energy Management, and R+D+i, as well as for their monitoring and review.
The Company’s Management establishes this Quality, Environment, Energy Management, and R+D+i Policy with a commitment to:
- Comply with client requirements, applicable legislation, regulations, and other commitments voluntarily assumed related to the environment and the efficient, safe, and responsible use of resources, projects, and services.
- Ensure the involvement, motivation, and training of its staff.
- Meet the objectives set for each project or service, as well as those related to the management system.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by improving their competitiveness.
- Promote continuous improvement in the quality of services, projects, and products, as well as the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Energy Management, and R+D+i.
- Take necessary measures to prevent environmentally negative effects that may arise from its activities.
- Continuously improve energy performance, focusing efforts on the efficient use of energy resources required for its activities and services.
- Provide cutting-edge technological equipment.
The Management will ensure that this Policy is implemented, disseminated, and understood by all employees, and that it is reviewed and updated to ensure its ongoing relevance.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
Since its foundation, the Management of Gabitel Soluciones Técnicas S.L., aware of the responsibility it has undertaken with its customers and employees, considers it especially important both for achieving the company’s objectives and for ensuring the guarantees and rights of customers and employees, to safeguard the Information Security of the Organization.
The aim is to obtain external recognition for Gabitel Soluciones Técnicas in its field of operation, both in terms of service quality and in the continuous improvement of its capabilities to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity of the data, assets, and information systems with which the Organization works.
Information Security is therefore a priority for Gabitel Soluciones Técnicas. The Company’s Management sets out this Information Security Policy with a commitment to:
- Ensure and guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity of the information of Gabitel, its customers, and employees, in accordance with business requirements and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, following the best market practices, particularly ISO 27001, ISO 27002, GDPR, and LOPDGDD.
- Align Information Security Objectives with Business Objectives.
- Establish procedures for analyzing and managing risks that could affect the Company in achieving its Information Security Objectives, identifying risks, implementing controls, re-evaluating procedures, and maintaining risk at an acceptable level.
- Ensure that Gabitel and its employees comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements regarding Information Security, personal data protection, and digital rights guarantees, as well as contractual requirements with third parties and voluntarily assumed commitments in these areas.
- Clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of personnel and ensure accountability for compliance with information security.
- Ensure that personnel responsible for Information Security possess appropriate qualifications and training to perform their duties.
- Ensure that information owned or held by Gabitel Soluciones Técnicas is accessible exclusively to duly authorized persons and used only for relevant purposes.
- Ensure that all employees of Gabitel Soluciones Técnicas are aware of and trained in information security and personal data protection according to their job requirements.
- Provide necessary resources to achieve Information Security Objectives.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security controls to adapt to evolving risks and new technological environments.
