A good Training Plan is essential to keep our team of professionals up to date with the new demands and requirements in our sector, as well as supporting the professional development and growth of each member of our company.
Our environment is becoming increasingly competitive, making it imperative for us to stay current and acquire the new skills necessary to maintain an optimal level of quality and productivity. For this reason, at Gabitel, year after year, we work with a modern, dynamic, accessible, and pragmatic Training Plan that strives to adapt to the real needs of the company and the diverse profiles that make up our team, fostering internal talent in pursuit of achieving our overall corporate objectives.
This year, 2024, we are launching our Training Plan with a project that has been taking shape since last year: “Cursos de Inglés cien por cien Gabitel.” We are fully aware of our needs, what we want and need to work on, and, above all, how we can focus this learning to make it as practical and productive as possible in our daily work environment.
In January 2024, our English courses began at both the Huelva and Seville offices, lasting six months with a mixed modality of one hour of face-to-face instruction per week and another hour of individual work, designed to be as compatible as possible with our work activities. After a placement test, three different levels were established—B1, B2, and C1—each with class content that is custom-designed and adapts both to the group’s overall knowledge and to any new needs that may arise. A key strength of this program is that we have an instructor who is part of our team, Inmaculada Gómez, who has a broad professional background as a language trainer in English, German, and French.
With this initiative, we aim to continue this new training model and expand it to other languages such as German, which is now so important in our company, and even broaden our offering with other courses covering more specific technical content that may be of interest to us.
