2023 has been a year of numerous achievements and activities within the framework of the GABITEL CHAIR ON HYDROGEN. We have taken part in numerous significant R&D&i, training, and knowledge-transfer events, strengthening our commitment to researching and disseminating the potential of Green Hydrogen in our effort and responsibility to help transform the current energy reality.
Among the various activities carried out, we highlight the successful organization of the 4th Sectorial Conference ‘Hydrogen Technology. Power to Gas. Industry and Guarantees of Origin’, a centerpiece for the exchange of ideas and knowledge among renowned experts in the field of sustainable energy. These meetings have served as catalysts for growth and innovation in the realm of Green Hydrogen.
A notable milestone in 2023 was the honorary visit of the Prime Minister-President of the federal state of Baden-Württemberg, Winfried Kretschmann, to our company, to lay the foundations and open lines of business and institutional collaboration in the field of Renewable Energies in general, and Green Hydrogen in particular.
This meeting represents recognition of the excellence and commitment of the Gabitel Chair in advancing this clean and transformative technology, as well as a revealing testament to the international relevance that our initiatives have acquired thanks to our commitment to the transition toward a more sustainable future and our contribution to mitigating climate change.
Among the activities already scheduled for 2024, we highlight our participation as committee members in the 1st National Green Hydrogen Congress (February 7–9), a groundbreaking event to be held in Huelva. This congress will be a national and international platform where experts, professionals, and sector leaders will share ideas, projects, and visions to drive the development of Green Hydrogen.
Likewise, on April 1, 2024, we will hold the 5th Sectorial Conference focused on ‘Industrial Consumption of H2. Decarbonization Opportunities’, while the Gabitel Chair continues working on other events and activities to reaffirm our commitment to leading the way toward a more sustainable future through the promotion and advancement of Green Hydrogen.
