In recent years, our company has specialized in the deployment of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks. Within our telecommunications engineering division, our team of 150 experienced technicians works on projects developed for the leading companies in the sector.

We provide support throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring proper coordination among all stakeholders and phases. Our consulting services assist Telecommunications Operators from the initial stages—network pre-planning, preliminary studies, and design—through construction and commissioning.

TURNKEY PROJECTS

Telecommunications operators are highly demanding with this type of contract. Gabitel has signed collaboration agreements with reliable installers, enabling us to offer turnkey solutions in the market. Gabitel acts as the project manager, ensuring coordination and completion within the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality standards.

SITE SURVEY

Gabitel has developed its own application called “Replanteo” for surveying tasks. In addition, we use a customized and adapted version of QFIELD in some projects. QFIELD is a GIS-based application for field data collection: building characterization, use of existing ducts, need for civil works, etc.

MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS

For over 14 years, GABITEL’s telecommunications engineering division has provided a wide range of services to clients in mobile communications, collaborating with major suppliers (ERICSSON, HUAWEI, etc.) on various projects for public operators (MOVISTAR, ORANGE, VODAFONE, YOIGO, among others). Through this experience, our company has developed extensive expertise in the design, site management, and supervision of complex communication projects, ranging from the deployment of Mobile Service Networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE / 4G, etc.) to point-to-point radio links (WiMax, licensed bands, etc.) and DTT broadcasting projects.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN THE ELECTRICAL ENERGY SECTOR

In the field of telecommunications engineering for the power sector, our company has extensive experience in projects developed for ENDESA. These projects include the integration of new substations into Remote Networks, Transmission Network projects (PDH, SDH, radio links, among others), Mobile and Data Corporate Networks, and Radiotelephony Networks (PMR, Voting, etc.). We have also participated in projects for Red Eléctrica de España (REE), and since 2011, we have been officially certified as suppliers in this area.
