The project design was carried out by a team from our <strong>Architecture division<\/strong>, led by our president, <strong>Claudia Orozco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The symbolic groundbreaking ceremony was attended by a broad representation of Huelva\u2019s society, as well as representatives from various organizations, associations, and public administrations, along with a delegation from Gabitel led by our president, Claudia Orozco, and our general manager, Juan Andr\u00e9s Reales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gabitelingenieros.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1737116397554-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gabitelingenieros.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1737116397554-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Gabitel event | Gabitel\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This space, located in the <strong>Pescader\u00eda <\/strong>area with one of its facades on Alfonso Aramburu Terrades Street, has a surface area of 1,485 square meters and was granted by the Huelva City Council free of charge for a period of 75 years.<\/p>\n<p>The building is designed on a single floor, although the structure is prepared for future expansion, including space for an elevator and stairs. As for the internal layout, it is planned to accommodate <strong>30 users<\/strong> and 8 supervisors, featuring workshop rooms, audiovisual spaces, meeting rooms, a dining area, and a kitchen. Special attention has been given to the garden, which is accessible from all rooms, to encourage its use for exercise and leisure activities for the students. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gabitelingenieros.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1737116397578-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gabitelingenieros.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1737116397578-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Gabitel event | Gabitel\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At this location, the Foundation plans to provide services to <strong>young people aged 18 to 21<\/strong> in the mornings, while in the afternoons it will offer<strong> therapy and extracurricular activities for younger children<\/strong>.
