Gabitel and the University of Huelva have renewed the agreement that enables the continuation of the Gabitel Chair on Hydrogen, established in 2021<\/strong> with the commitment to promote the use of this green technology and its applications to transform the current energy landscape. This is achieved through the organization and participation in numerous significant R\\&D\\&I, training, and knowledge transfer events.<\/p>\n

The goal of the Chair\u2014whose renewal agreement was signed by the Rector of the University of Huelva, Mar\u00eda Antonia Pe\u00f1a, and Juan Andr\u00e9s Reales<\/strong>, CEO of Gabitel, which sponsors and funds the initiative\u2014is to carry out activities related to research, knowledge transfer, and training in the field of green hydrogen production. The agreement also includes the promotion of national and international expert meetings in this field, as outlined in the agreement. Moreover, it strengthens the collaboration between the University of Huelva and Gabitel in the areas of research, university outreach, international projection, and cooperation. <\/p>\n

Since its inception, the Chair has focused on three main areas of action: 1) TRAINING and ACADEMIC ACTIVITY, through the organization of seminars, courses, and workshops on Hydrogen Technology; 2) RESEARCH, by supporting research projects and academic work carried out by professors and students, as well as participation in national and international conferences; and 3) KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER, by organizing talks and lectures with nationally and internationally renowned speakers specializing in Hydrogen Technology. <\/p>\n

From the core axis of education, key highlights include support for three university initiatives (MOTOETSI, SURBANRACE, and SCIENCITY), as well as the delivery of seminars and summer courses. In terms of the research and knowledge transfer axes, the Chair has participated as a speaker in professional forums and events, and has organized, among other activities, sector-specific conferences focused on this energy vector.<\/p>\n

This axis also includes the annual call for Final Degree Project (TFG) and Final Master\u2019s Project (TFM) Awards, as well as several training seminars aimed at the entire university community.<\/p>\n

The Gabitel Chair on Hydrogen <\/strong>was established through an agreement signed between the University of Huelva (UHU) and Gabitel in 2021, with the aim of centralizing and strengthening the ties and collaborative projects between both institutions. This partnership reflects a clear commitment to contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in our environment.<\/p>\n

In this way, the University of Huelva and Gabitel take another step forward in strengthening their service to society through scientific and technical support actions aimed at fostering cultural, social, and economic development\u2014particularly in the province of Huelva and the Andalusian region\u2014while always ensuring sustainability.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
