{"id":32128,"date":"2025-06-26T11:49:09","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T09:49:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabitel.net\/la-catedra-gabitel-candidata-a-los-premios-onubenses-del-ano\/"},"modified":"2025-07-18T09:06:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-18T07:06:36","slug":"la-catedra-gabitel-candidata-a-los-premios-onubenses-del-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gabitel.net\/en\/la-catedra-gabitel-candidata-a-los-premios-onubenses-del-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"The Gabitel Chair, nominee for the Onubenses of the Year awards"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"32128\" class=\"elementor elementor-32128 elementor-29974\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ef96eb4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3ef96eb4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38ae6333 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38ae6333\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <strong>Gabitel Chair on Hydrogen<\/strong>, created in 2021 in collaboration with the University of Huelva to promote the use of this green technology and its applications, has been selected as a nominee for the <strong>Onubenses of the Year Awards<\/strong>, a contest organized by Huelva Informaci\u00f3n with the sponsorship of Caixabank, in the Education category.<\/p>\n\n<p>The other candidates in the Education category are the manager of Mar\u00eda Inmaculada school in Huelva, <strong>Eva Mart\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez;<\/strong> the educational center <strong>Ciudad de los Ni\u00f1os,<\/strong> in Huelva, for its work with families facing difficulties; the <strong>Rural Public School Adersa IV,<\/strong> which serves students from Ca\u00f1averal de Le\u00f3n and Hinojales, recently awarded for a sustainability project; and the writer specialized in Philosophy outreach, <strong>Eduardo Infante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The official jury of the awards, which Gabitel already won in the 2023 edition in the <strong>Economy<\/strong> category, has taken into account the selection of the 30 candidates divided into six categories (<strong>Popular Traditions, Economy and Business, Education, Sports, Art and Culture, Solidarity and Human Values<\/strong>) from proposals <strong>received via email and postal mail,<\/strong> as well as direct contributions from the newspaper&#8217;s readers.<\/p>\n\n<p>Those interested in participating with their votes can do so, therefore, <strong>online,<\/strong> through the web channel, and also <strong>via the coupons published on the back cover of the paper edition<\/strong> of Huelva Informaci\u00f3n. The latter will have a value <strong>equivalent to ten votes cast through the web.<\/strong> Votes through the digital channel will be limited to <strong>one per day,<\/strong> although on each occasion it will be possible to choose among the six categories.<\/p>\n\n<p>The jury of the XXXVII Onubenses of the Year Awards is made up of the Communications and ESG Director of Atlantic Copper, <strong>Marta Cerati;<\/strong> the General Director of the Port of Huelva, <strong>Alfonso Pe\u00f1a;<\/strong> the Chief of Staff of the Provincial Council, <strong>Rafael P\u00e9rez Unquiles;<\/strong> the Press Chief of Huelva City Council, <strong>Antonio Carrasco;<\/strong> the <em>influencer<\/em> <strong>Gracia Romero;<\/strong> the director of the CaixaBank Business Center in Huelva, <strong>Luis Manuel Robledo;<\/strong> the director of Huelva Informaci\u00f3n, <strong>Javier Ronchel,<\/strong> as president; and the newspaper\u2019s manager, <strong>Nieves Misteli,<\/strong> as secretary.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Gabitel Chair, whose collaboration agreement was recently renewed, was established <strong>with the<\/strong> commitment to promote the use of this green technology and its applications to transform the current energy reality through the organization and participation in numerous significant R&#038;D&#038;I events, training and knowledge transfer, including national and international meetings of experts in this field, as well as university activities (MOTOETSI, SURBANRACE, and SCIENCITY), the delivery of seminars and summer courses.<\/p>\n\n<p>The voting period is now open and will remain active until 12:00 noon on July 22.<\/p>\n\n<p>VOTE FOR THE GABITEL CHAIR!<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/contenidos.huelvainformacion.es\/onubensesdela%C3%B1o\/#parentHorizontalTab2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/contenidos.huelvainformacion.es\/onubensesdela%C3%B1o\/#parentHorizontalTab2<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gabitel Chair on Hydrogen, created in 2021 in collaboration with the University of Huelva to promote the use of this green technology and its applications, has been selected as a nominee for the Onubenses of the Year Awards, a contest organized by Huelva Informaci\u00f3n with the sponsorship of Caixabank, in the Education category.
